Project consisted of  scheduling site walks with OSP Engineers, develop SOW to install/verify conduit path, install circuits for AT&T wireline’s MUX/Ciena equipment to AT&T Mobility demark locations for over 600 sites for FTTCS.  Also provided site sketch clarifications to Landowners (Individual owners, ATC, Crown Castle, and Global Towers (GTP)).  Assisted/verified 3rd Carrier shelter equipment installation/modifications inside shelters.  Thorough understanding of future LTE project scheduled kickoff 4th quarter 2010.  Worked with DAS OSP engineers to develop fiber routes from Hub to Cell Sites demarc, assisted in developing/ collecting O-CALC/Stick measurements for utility pole attachment application,

Responsible for managing 10 UMTS “Overlay” Projects for T-Mobile nationwide.  Monitored “Service Providers” performance against Task Orders expectations.  When difference of opinion occurred between “Service Provider” and Ericsson’s Project Management, I was responsible to review and compare Task Order information to resolve conflict.  Worked in conjunction with “Sourcing” to provide subject matter expertise, price verification and “Service Provider” crew availability.   Business Development would receive a Customer Scope of Work (SOW); Delivery would create a “Service Provider” facing SOW.  Delivery then worked with Sourcing to reach out to Service providers and negotiate costs.  This process resulted in a profit margin in markets in the range of 18% to 24% nationwide.
